Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as break rooms and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.31-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
