**About Us**:
Our family-oriented office is located in the beautiful town of Westlock, which is about one hour north of Edmonton. We strive to provide quality dental care in a cheerful and friendly environment. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5.00 p.m on weekdays. The office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with no or limited gaps
- Manages patient calls and inquiries with a smile about appointments, confirmations and amendments
- Manages potential cancellations and overcomes objections to motivate patient to keep their appointment
- Bill patients as they come out of the treatment room, take payment, send the claim form to insurance, and respond to all fee inquiries positively
- Collect outstanding balances
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain the patient database
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider
- Manage and file all patient records and charts
- Accurately coordinates lab cases

**Essential Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Excellent technical and typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Great attention to details and numbers
- Motivation and ability to learn quickly
- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience

**Non-essential but favourable**:

- Experience working in a dental office
