**Job Overview** (Health Care professionals)

We are looking for an individual to join our team at Elevate Chiropractic Health located in Westlock, Alberta. We currently offer Chiropractic services, and massage therapy.

We have a large room available to rent out at a commission basis or flat rate rent per month. We want to offer another service at our clinic that will help our patients and clients with their health.

Here is a small but not exhaustive list of Healthcare professionals we would like to add to our team.
- Acupuncturist
- naturopath
- psychologist (other mental health service providers)
- medical doctor

**Duties**
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety for all individuals.
- Coordinate care with other practitioners for integrated health solutions
- Assess patient health and develop personalized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and any changes in condition accurately.
- Maintain detailed patient records and treatment documentation

**Qualifications**

- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- In good standing with respective regulatory board.
