The position could also be ideal for a senior lawyer interested in winding down their practice or sustaining a partial practice as an Associate Counsel while offering accessible mentorship support and direction to the firm’s junior associates.

**Qualifications**:

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (or another Canadian law society);
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil litigation experience;
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills;
- Proven ability to analyze legal issues and provide effective, timely advice;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as well as to run their own files; and
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collegial team.
