Ce rôle appuiera le Québec et l’Est du Canada, les déplacements sont nécessaires environ 60 % du temps dans l’ensemble de la région. Le rôle sera assigné au bureau du Québec à Brossard. Toutefois, la personne choisie peut résider au Québec ou dans les provinces de l’Atlantique.
Fournir du soutien aux équipes des leaders de district désignés et au directeur d’agence du secteur dans les 3 principales catégories pour la croissance et le développement de l’entreprise qui sont liées à la qualité des affaires, à l’engagement des ventes et à la continuité.
- Qualité des affaires (QA)
Inspection des contrats vendus, des pratiques commerciales et autres éléments de la QA.
- Engagement des ventes
Utilisation des outils et de la technologie, adoption du libre-service, divers appels de demande et formation/rafraîchissement sur divers sujets liés aux affaires.
- Continuité
Conception du plan, stratégie de déploiement et mise en œuvre du plan pour augmenter la conservation des affaires dans le district.
Assurer la liaison entre le siège social, les bureaux divisionnaires/régionaux et les entrepreneurs indépendants en ce qui a trait à l’information et à la mise en œuvre correcte de la communication, des nouveaux processus et de tous les aspects commerciaux qui sont liés aux entrepreneurs indépendants ou les concernent.
Respecter les exigences de l’industrie de l’assurance, les règlements de la Compagnie et faire les recommandations nécessaires visant la qualité et la croissance des opérations des LD/régionales.
- Assurer la conformité des opérations de la Compagnie conformément aux exigences des organismes de réglementation de la ou des provinces.
- Effectuer des vérifications et travailler avec le Service de conformité pour signaler toute irrégularité (irrégularités financières, pratiques commerciales inacceptables, qualité des affaires, violations des règles de souscription, etc.) et formuler des recommandations.
- Faire le suivi et s’assurer que les mesures correctives sont mises en place pour les audits sur le terrain du district.
- Prendre des mesures correctives en cas de signaux d’alarme répétitifs.
- Surveiller les situations concurrentielles / l’utilisation représentative du système.
Statistiques et rapports sur le rendement.
Ce poste examine, discute, recommande, aide à la mise en œuvre du plan d’action pour soutenir la qualité, la croissance et le développement des ventes avec le directeur d’agence et l’équipe du LD.
Remarque : Ce rôle sera exercé environ 60 % du temps dans l’ensemble de la région/secteur du district.
**Regional Administrator**
**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- Provide support to the assigned District Leader teams and to the Agency Director of the area in the 3 main categories for business growth and development, that are related to Quality Business, Sales Engagement and Persistency.
- Quality Business (QB)
- Inspection of the business sold, Sales practices and other QB items.

- Conception of the plan, Strategy to deploy and Implement the plan to increase the retention of the district business area.
- Liaison between Head Office, the Divisional/Regional offices and the Independent Contractors with regards to inform and implement properly the communication, new processes and all business aspects that are related to/involving the Independent Contractors.
- Follows Insurance Industry requirements, the Company regulations and make the necessary recommendations affecting the quality and growth of the DL/Regional Operations.
- Ensure compliance of the Company’s operations in accordance with the regulatory authorities within the Province(s).
- Conduct verification and work with compliance department to report any irregularity. (financial irregularities, unacceptable business practices, quality business, underwriting violations, etc.) and make recommendations
- Follow up and ensure corrective measures are implemented for District field audits
- Take corrective action on repetitive red flags
- Work with legal, government and law enforcement agencies as needed
- Monitor competitive situations / representative system usage
- Statistics and Performance reporting
- This position reviews, discusses, recommends, helps with the implementation, course of action in support of Quality, Sales growth and Development with the Agency Director and DL team.
**EXIGENCES DE QUALIFICATION**
- Être bilingue, français et anglais
- Avoir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente, et une expérience en administration est un atout
- Expérience en comptabilité est un atout
- Maîtriser Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexibilité pour voyager à l’intérieur des secteur des LD et des régions assignées en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise
- Doit posséder une voiture personnelle pour les déplacements, les frais qui leurs sont associés seront remboursés.
