- Perform meat cutting tasks including slicing, dicing, and trimming various cuts of meat according to specifications.
- Prepare and package meat products for display and sale, ensuring attractive presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area, adhering to all food safety
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about meat products and offering cooking tips or recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the kitchen environment.
- Follow all health regulations and guidelines related to food handling and preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in meat cutting or butchering within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in food preparation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.

Pay: $16.80-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
