The interest in our A-frame house kits has led to company growth, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team.

**Job Summary**

The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for managing all new client inquiries and assisting clients with their Avrame projects. The PC will work closely with our clients to help navigate them through the full planning of their project - selecting the appropriate Avrame design, coordinating any customization or personalization to the kits, permit(s) acquisition, delivery of the home building kit, and, where needed, coordinating builders to assemble the home.

**Key Responsibilities**

**New Client inquiry**
- Respond to referrals/calls from prospective clients (soft sales) in a timely manner.
- Provide prospective clients with appropriate Avrame information that will enable them to make an informed decision.
- Provide knowledgeable responses to questions and/or concerns on our product and the benefits of selecting a kit-home for their project.
- As needed, meet prospective clients at our show home in Port Severn to walk them through an actual Avrame home, showcasing the design/style of the home and the customization that is possible to the kits.

**Project Coordination**
- Coordinate each project from inception to delivery.
- Support clients in the selection of their Avrame A-Frame kit plus customization or personalization selections they request.Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and project change requests.
- Support clients with obtaining appropriate permits for their build.
- Communication with Avrame head office in Europe on projects.
- Coordinate activities such as shipping of the home kits to client building sites, final logistics, and client questions that arise along the way.
- When required, provide clients with a list of reputable builders to meet with to discuss the build portion of their project.
- Respond to builder questions that arise during home-kit assembly.
- Ensure product deficiencies are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Track sales progress and report on key performance indicators.

**Other duties** that arise within the scope and purpose of the job or as requested by management.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- University or College Degree, with preference given to those educated in a relevant/related field.

**Experience**:

- Previous project coordination or administration experience in the home building sector is preferred.
- Soft sales experience/comfort is a nice to have - no cold calling required as our clients come through referrals and warm leads, but you do need to have comfort in explaining/selling our product to these warm inquiries.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational/planning skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive energy with exceptional interpersonal skills and an engaging and approachable personality.
- Comfort with presenting information and the ability to respond to questions, remaining calm under pressure.
- Superior customer service, relationship building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to regulate your own work and effort - as this job is primarily a work-from-home opportunity, you need to be able to prioritize the work and get it done with mínimal hands-on supervision.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation for days that you are required to travel to the show home in Port Severn and/or clients sites.

**Work Environment**

This is where this job might be able to offer you some flexibility The most important thing to us is that the work gets done and our clients are responded to in a timely and courteous manner.
**Location**
- This position is predominantly home based. Travel is on an as-needed basis to facilitate sales and assist clients (for the most part, you will have flexibility in scheduling the days you travel to Port Severn and/or client sites).
- We are flexible with where you live in Ontario/your home location provided you can commit to commuting to Port Severn and client sites as needed.

**Hours and Schedule**
- If you are looking for a work schedule outside of the typical 9 to 5, that might be ok As long as you are getting the work done and responding to our clients are appropriate times, we have flexibility with the days of the week and the hours of the day you work. There may be times when we require more of a traditional work hours schedule from you but otherwise, flexibility is available.
- If you are able to get the work completed in less than 40 hours per week, that’s great - we aren’t clock watchers. This job is salaried, not hourly, so you
