Our Grande Prairie location is the largest service, repair and tire provider of all OK Tire stores in Canada. We have 16 fully operational bays and can provide full vehicle service. Consider us your “one stop shop”.

- **Full-time, permanent positions, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm**. We want to ensure our team members have a healthy work/life balance. Should there be an occasion where overtime hours are required, you will be paid accordingly.
- **Competitive wages**. Our HR specialist is analysing the market on a regular basis to ensure that the wages we offer are higher than the Canadian average. If you bring good experience, exceptional customer service and positivity to this industry, we want to make sure you are well compensated. This is important to us. On average, our positions run between **$25-$35** per hour (depending on experience and skills).

**SERVICE ADVISOR DESCRIPTION**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years experience in the **automotive** trade specifically relating to job estimating, sales, invoicing, parts and scheduling
- Current, valid Driver’s Licence

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Customer Service**: ensure customers are greeted and welcomed offering assistance and information when/if required.
- **Pricing/Quotations**: responsible for handling sales, providing accurate estimates, scheduling work, and invoicing
- **Parts**: ordering, receiving and handling inventory controls
- **Invoicing/Cash**: handle all payment transactions
- **Showroom**: responsible for front showroom area and displays
