Our team thrives on collaboration, shared experiences, and making a positive impact in the local community.What You’ll Do:Service Advisor Responsibilities:Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and provide clear service estimates.Ensure seamless communication between customers and the service team.Process warranty claims and follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction.Parts Advisor Responsibilities:Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right parts efficiently.Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and process orders for service technicians.Provide clear and precise quotes for parts, promoting transparency and trust.Manage returns, issue credits, and handle emergency orders for out-of-stock items.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.What We’re Looking For:Experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role (motorsports industry preferred but not required).Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with basic mechanical and warranty knowledge.Proficiency in dealership computer systems (an asset).Valid AB Driver’s License required.What We Offer:Competitive Wage: $25/hourFlexible Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:30pmExtended Health & Dental BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramPerformance BonusesCareer Development & Training OpportunitiesEmployee Discounts on purchases and servicesCompany Events: Team building, holiday celebrations, BBQs, and moreTenure Rewards – We recognize and reward loyalty with unique benefits as you grow with usJoin Our TeamIf you’re a self-starter looking for an exciting, customer-focused role that offers variety and career growth, we want to hear from you Bannister Automotive Group is an equal-opportunity employer.Apply today and be part of something great
