**Schedule**: Night Shifts, 6:00 PM to Close (approximately 11:00 PM)

We're looking for a **Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner** to support our crew through the busiest (and most exciting) season of the year.

This is a **night-shift-only** role, perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and moving smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team—making sure we’re fully stocked with clean tools and working in a space that’s safe, tidy, and ready to rock.

**What You’ll Do**
- Operate our commercial dishwasher to clean dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
- Hand-wash pots, pans, and any larger items that don’t go through the machine
- Keep dish area, floors, and back kitchen spaces clean, dry, and organized
- Take out garbage and recycling throughout the shift and help with end-of-night breakdown
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep or restocking as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep things safe for both staff and guests
- Help close the kitchen each night by completing deep cleaning and reset tasks

- You’re physically comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a hot kitchen

- **You must be able to provide references that speak to your work ethic and reliability**

**The Details**
- **This is a summer-only position**, ending **September 30th**:

- Evening and weekend availability is essential
- Experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right person
