Brighton Projects is a growing renovation company seeking a **Project Manager** to lead and deliver residential and commercial renovation projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure high quality results on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and oversee renovation projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage on site activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Track project milestones and prepare status updates for leadership and clients.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage material procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing construction or renovation projects.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner).
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- PMP® or similar certification an asset

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
