Stamped Concrete Carpenter/ Finisher

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming as per project requirements.
- Conduct masonry work, including caulking and flooring installation as needed.
- Utilize heavy equipment safely and efficiently for material handling and site preparation.
- Perform restoration tasks on existing concrete structures to maintain integrity and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
- Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor as required throughout the workday.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Experience in carpentry, masonry, renovation, and concrete finishing techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during work shifts.

Pay: $30.00-$34.25 per hour
