Barnes Powersports Blackfoot is currently seeking to expand our team with a **Permanent,** **Full-Time Parts Sales Consultant**

**Job Summary**:
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to provide an outstanding customer service experience for all our customers selecting parts for their bikes. You will help them choose the best parts for the vision they have for their bike, all while impressing them with your unmatched knowledge of the parts, companion part requirements, and in-store specials.

**The job**:

- Assist all customers in selecting parts, while providing a truly awesome customer service experience
- Keep customers so informed about their parts orders that your updates hover on the verge of annoying
- Go above and beyond for customers when we don’t have what they want, including locating parts from outside sources, submitting emergency orders, and following up on back-ordered parts
- Drop knowledge like it’s hot on your customers, including part options, companion part requirements, promotions, and more
- Answer phone calls and drop more of that knowledge heat, as well as offering price quotes
- Pull and fill orders, and replenish inventory regularly
- Process customer payments, arrange orders for shipments, and keep all paper and electronic documents safe and organized

**The requirements**:

- Totally bomb interpersonal, communication (verbal and written English), and customer service skills
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts is an asset, but not necessary. We will train the hell out of you if we like you
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to pretend to thrive under pressure
- Skilled in working under pressure with multiple simultaneous deadlines, and priority management
- Big buff arms - must be able to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs

**Shifts**: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hour shifts

**Pay Plan**:Commission-based + bonuses

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
