**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain.
- Review project risk assessments and confirm mitigation plans are adequate.
- Monitor project performance and track risk, provide reports on project billings, held time, overrun, delivery, quality, resourcing risks, procedure adherence (controls, timesheets, etc.), and communication issues
- Conduct overrun investigations, identify opportunities for cost recovery, and prepare summary reports including financial metrics and lessons learned
- Provide operational oversight (review and meeting) of projects or project teams to provide critical review, direction, and mentoring
- Support the Operations Department with development of risk management standards, policies, and procedures as they relate to project management
- Contribute to the continued improvement of project management standards and best practices
- Support and/or lead sensitive issue resolution with clients including changes order management, contractual disputes, and contract negotiations.

**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role in a project operations department
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with dispute resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to concisely summarize nuanced project issues
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Strong interpersonal skill and emotional intelligence
- Relevant training and/or certifications in project management or a related discipline
- Understanding of project contract administration (negotiation, risk identification, and dispute resolution)
