**What You'll Do**:
As a Sales Associate at Kingsdale Mortgage Centre, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for expanding our team of talented mortgage agents. Your day-to-day duties will include:
**Cold Calling Mastery**:Harness your expertise in cold calling to identify and engage with top-tier talent in the mortgage industry. Your charm, confidence, and persuasive skills will be the secret weapons in your arsenal.

**Deal-Closing Dynamo**: Take pride in sealing the deal and making every interaction count. Your knack for closing deals will be crucial in attracting top talent to our team and driving our growth forward.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in cold calling and deal closing.

A passion for sales and a hunger for success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Recruiting experience is a plus.
