West Coast Kids was born in 1974 and has continued to serve our valued customers as a family-owned business for almost 50 years Located in the heart Winnipeg, Manitoba, there are now 10 locations across Canada.

We are expanding and are currently looking to fill the role of **Retail Sales Team Leader **in our Toronto location. We are looking for an individual that can adapt and grow with our business while demonstrating leadership, dedication and hard work.

The **Retail Sales Team Leader **will join our management team in providing excellence in customer service while working to drive sales. You will lead our dedicated team of sales associates in providing product knowledge to our valued customers and ensuring we meet all of their needs with West Coast Kids.

**What are we are looking for?**
- customer service oriented individual
- sales driven
- able to lead a team of sales associates including training completion when needed
- tech-savvy with the ability to learn on our POS and programs used in-store
- strong attention to detail with visual merchandising
- administrative duties may include inventory management, order processing etc.

**What you will need**
- 1-2 years experience in team lead role or managerial experience
- strong communication and listening skills
- flexible availability as the operating hours require some evenings and weekends
- willingness to learn and grow with the business

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
