In this role, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, ensuring precise and timely documentation, processing funding approvals and vendor payments, and maintaining data accuracy in the leasing system. As a vital support to our dealers, brokers, and sales team, you'll also rotate through specific department functions to uphold operational efficiency.

**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare and verify lease documentation, ensuring the lease agreement details are accurate and compliant with the approval conditions.
- Accurately enter all lease and customer particulars into the leasing system.
- Authorize payment for leased assets and commissions.
- Follow up on outstanding deficiencies.
- Identify changes to insurance and lien regulations and standards across Canada and recommend procedural and documentation changes to ensure compliance.
- Act as an information resource channel for branch employees, leasing customers, dealers, brokers, and the sales team.
- Promote a professional image of Prospera while delivering a superior level of service to all leasing stakeholders through varied communication channels.

**What you bring**:

- Two years in an administrative and/or front-line customer service position or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a leasing or lending position is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of people.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of the Personal Property Security Act (PPSA).
