Technical SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions, including greenfield instance setups, to meet business requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud V2 or extensive greenfield implementation experience with prior versions of C4C.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP CRM, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP HANA, SAP ABAP programming, SAP Build Apps, and SAP CDS views.

**Functional Knowledge**:

- Understanding of customer service processes and utilities industry best practices.

**Certifications**:

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 certification (preferred).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in team environments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other SAP solutions, such as SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working within the utilities industry.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.14/hour - $64.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
