TI has over 30 years of highly successful experience in crafting the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of effective, client-centered services. - Assist Arsaniq participants to: 1) identify social challenges in their communities; 2) develop strategies for change; and 3) encourage peers to get involved in implementing strategies for change.
- Engage Arsaniq participants to strengthen their sense of identity and leadership abilities and to nurture their cultural, social, and personal talents through cultural teachings that follow IQ principles.
- Provide assistance to any 2SLGBTQQIA+ Inuit across Ontario who wish to create groups similar to Arsaniq, contributing to a larger network of 2SLGBTQQIA+ Inuit empowerment groups.
- Meet all tracking, evaluation, and reporting requirements of the funder and TI (e.g. project status updates, maintaining project statistics, meeting project targets).
- Adhere to project budget and work closely with the Manager, Family Well-Being, and the Director of Finance.
