**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and oversee program activities to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
- Supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to enhance program efficiency.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote programs and educate stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program outcomes and inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to market programs effectively within the community.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program operations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management or program coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent public speaking skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data collection and reporting.
- Background in recruiting or supervising staff is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with educational programming or community outreach initiatives is a plus.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
