**Office Associate - Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member**:
Location: 125 Seabrook Dr, Kitchener ON
Type: Full Time - Permanent

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Provide exceptional customer service, coverage suggestions and education via telephone, in-person and written correspondence
- Engage with clients and create positive relationships
- Thoroughly and accurately document client conversations
- Respond to client needs and recognize additional opportunities to cross-sell within a household

**Requirements**:

- Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO preferred/must be able to obtain)
- High level of customer relations & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency to achieve objectives within deadlines
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must be flexible and open to helping out the team, potentially outside the realm of your regular responsibilities in order to deliver the best possible outcome for the customer

**Anticipated Annual Income: $45,000 salary + bonus**
- These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
