Le Manoir Maplewood est un manoir de prestige loué en location court terme pour des événements, des séjours de familles, des mariages, des retraites corporatives, des tournages, etc.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Responsable de la maintenance** pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du Manoir, autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La personne sélectionnée jouera un rôle essentiel dans le **maintien de la qualité et de la sécurité des lieux**, tout en étant en contact régulier avec les propriétaires du Manoir.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Effectuer l’entretien général du Manoir (réparations mineures, vérifications de sécurité, entretien préventif);
- Identifier les besoins en réparation majeurs, faire appel aux entrepreneurs appropriés, coordonner les travaux et s’assurer de leur bonne exécution (non obligatoire);
- Entretenir les espaces extérieurs : jardinage, petites réparations extérieures, nettoyage saisonnier, déneigement des entrées en hiver;
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de ménage et les gestionnaires pour assurer un environnement propre, fonctionnel et accueillant;
- Préparer certains espaces avant et après les événements (ex. : repositionner meubles ou matériel);
- Gérer de manière autonome son emploi du temps en fonction des besoins et des urgences, tout en restant sous la supervision des propriétaires.

**Profil recherché**:

- Autonomie, sens des priorités et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps;
- Compétences manuelles : petites réparations (menuiserie, etc.);
- Expérience dans la gestion ou la coordination de travaux avec des sous-traitants;
- Bonne forme physique (le poste implique de déplacer des meubles, monter des escaliers, travailler dehors, etc.);
- Capacité à travailler de manière flexible : les horaires varient selon l’occupation du Manoir (surtout actifs du vendredi au lundi);
- Maîtrise du français et compréhension de base de l’anglais;
- Permis de conduire valide (un atout important pour se déplacer en cas d’achat ou de rendez-vous avec entrepreneurs).

**Conditions**:

- Poste à temps partiel ou temps plein selon la période de l’année;
- Horaire variable, avec une charge de travail plus importante de **mai à octobre** (haute saison des mariages);
- Rémunération à discuter selon expérience et compétences.
