Property Administrator

We are a growing, fast-paced company that manages multiple properties in Southwestern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key contact for tenants.
- Work with government agencies for property tax vacancy rebates, property assessment appeals, inspections, etc.
- Data entry and reporting on above using Sage 50 and Microsoft Office.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Good working knowledge of Sage 50 or Simply Accounting
- Previous Property Management experience required.
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must be highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
- Salary dependent on skills and experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
