We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to solidify our existing team. In this role, you will be in charge of supporting Ubiweb’s existing subscriber base and tasked with providing an unparalleled post-sale service.

**What your day-to-day looks like**
- Answer incoming calls and dispatching of calls;
- Use consistent troubleshooting techniques to efficiently identify the source of subscriber issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution;
- Properly document and track subscriber issues through creation and dispatching of tickets;
- Communicate with Ubiweb subscribers to assure collection of assets;
- Conducting follow-ups with customers with overdue invoices (0-30 days);
- Onboarding and follow-ups with customers for their Google My Business profiles;
- Conducting follow-ups with existing subscribers to offer an exceptional customer service;
- Managing existing clients’ data using Hubspot, insuring that all communications are recorded and listed;
- Being a quality ambassador for the entire Ubiweb team.

**What you bring to the team**
- Over 2 years of customer service experience;
- High level of organization ;
- Must be fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
- Knowledge in digital marketing is an asset (Website, SEO, SEM, Community management, etc);
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Capability of excelling in a competitive work environment, being energetic and results driven.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
