**What you will do**:

- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software architecture for our AI-driven product
- Collaborate with multi
- functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage the implementation of standard methodologies in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards
- Drive the adoption of security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Implement and manage data governance and isolation strategies to safeguard data integrity and privacy
- Help build up the technical team consisting of software engineers, data scientists, DevSecOp specialists and QA engineers
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, encouraging a culture of innovation and technical excellence

**Who you are**:
You have:

- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar role in a startup or fast paced environment along with a bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture as well as in depth knowledge of software security principles and practices

You can:
You are:

- An excellent written and verbal communicator with strong leadership abilities who can collaborate effectively across teams
- Familiar with data governance, data isolation, and privacy regulations and can exhibit excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to make informed technical decisions

**Working Conditions**:

**Physical Requirements include but are not limited to**:
