Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. The TPM will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that technical initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.

Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Track progress and report key metrics, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

Facilitate effective communication across engineering, product, QA, and operations teams.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results collaboratively.

Conduct regular project status meetings, reviews, and retrospective sessions.

Technical Oversight

Collaborate with architects and engineers to define technical strategies and solution approaches.

Review technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational standards and architecture principles.

Support teams in troubleshooting, risk assessment, and change management activities.

Ensure that all solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.

Risk, Quality & Delivery Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

Implement best practices for agile or hybrid project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and tools.

Ensure all project documentation, sign-offs, and audits are completed as per governance standards.
