Parts Technician

**Parts Person**
- Process all technician parts requirements into orders in a timely fashion.
- Provide parts quotes with accurate pricing and availability.
- Maintain order tracking with clear due dates for the purpose of scheduling technicians.
- Deal directly with suppliers to ensure ETA’s are adhered to.
- Navigate multiple OEM online parts platforms and manuals.
- Responsibility to control the tool crib inventory in a controlled environment under the direction of the Service Manager.
- Assist in the direct customer service.
- Alternate lunch hr and vacations with the Service Manager.
- Ability to be a critical thinker offering solutions for parts supply.
- Shall devote his/her full working time, efforts, and attention exclusively to the business and affairs of DAC Industrial and shall not be engaged in any other commercial or business occupation.
