Sales Associate
- Must be over 19 Years Old

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Technical sales experience is a plus

- Smiths Falls, ON K7A 1A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
