**Concierge Full-time at Residential Property**

As a full-time Concierge of this residential property in Vancouver, you provide customer service and security services to residents and property management.

**Shifts are: Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 3 pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3 pm to 11 pm**

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Positive, friendly manner and ability to write concise daily reports
- Organized, detailed oriented and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Experience in hospitality industry is an asset

**The job**:
Arrange and schedule building services, monitor guests and vendors, handle deliveries, liaise with property management
- Control access and patrol the property
- Monitor CCTV Cameras
- Responsible for packages and deliveries
- Respond to emergencies
- Responsible for moves (install elevator moving pads, lock off elevator, etc.)
- Responsible for opening and closing amenities
- Respond to calls for service (noise complaints, etc.)
- Provide detailed reports about maintenance, security, and bylaw infractions
- Be professional and display integrity at all times.
