**We are looking for a Building **Manager/supervisor **to look after strata buildings, caretakers, and janitors.**

**Location: the greater Vancouver area ( Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam)**

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for supervising caretakers and janitors to make sure that all the duties are looked after in a timely manner
- Work with property managers and strata to ensure daily and monthly duties are completed
- Responsible for covering janitors and caretakers as required
- Some janitorial duties as required for the building
- Train caretaker and janitors as needed
- Provide the best customer services to the residents.
- Perform a building walk through regularly to identify building maintenance needs and report it to the property manager(s) as needed
- Do all the caretaker duties as needed like programing fobs, updating intercom, manmage move in/out, meeting trades and checking video system
- Manage inventories of supplies and tools
- Understand building bylaws and rules and report any infractions to the property manager(s)
- Be able to maintain and conduct regular pool testing and hot tub maintenance
- Respond to emergencies.
- Perform other related duties as requested by management and/or property management

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: One location
