A Strata building of 108 Residential condominiums in Lynn Valley is seeking a live-in caretaker who is conscientious, detail oriented and pro-active.

The building caretaker will be provided a subsidy as portion of compensation for accommodation in a fully appointed one bedroom suite at the building.

Duties will include but may not be limited to:

- Cleaning of common areas (Vacuum, wiped down, wet mop, exterior washing (when required).
- Empty waste containers and ensure Garbage room is maintained
- Programming of entry phone and key fobs
- Coordination and inspection for moves in the building
- Ensure security for the building is always maintained
- Contact of contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Act as a building liaise and contact point
- Handyman repairs

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience working in building maintenance
- Working knowledge of trades such as electrical plumbing or carpentry
- Strong Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate with the public effectively.

OFFERING:
