Location: Trenton, ON and surrounding areas

Schedule: Flexible | As-needed basis

Are you compassionate, organized, and enjoy helping others navigate major life transitions? We’re looking for a Residential Transition Specialist to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to seniors and families as they downsize, move, or transition homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to assess needs and create personalized transition plans
- Provide emotional support and consistent communication throughout the process
- Assist with sorting, packing, unpacking, and setting up in the new home
- Manage the sale and donation of household items
- Coordinate and oversee moving day logistics
- Work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and dignity during each step
- Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with light physical work (packing, lifting boxes, etc.)
- Problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in senior care, social work, home organization, or move management is an asset
- Access to reliable transportation
