**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and lead test strategies, including test plans and scenarios.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align test strategies with project objectives.
- Optimize resource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Provide actionable insights on user stories and testing during the development phase.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the testing team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proven leadership in managing a team of around 10 testers.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools in service-oriented architecture environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing (SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access).
- Strong project management skills, with emphasis on resource allocation and timelines.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex technical portfolios.
- Knowledge of unit testing coverage and its impact on the overall testing strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience using AI for enhancing software testing.
- Familiarity with Java, Curam, and Oracle environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $68.00-$80.00 per hour
