Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our AI Labs team.
  • In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of testing strategies for advanced AI empowered products.
  • You will manage and coach test engineers, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Define and own the overall testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive test plans for complex multi agentic AI solutions.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for test failures and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to define testing requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and processes across the team.
  • Manage resource allocation, timelines, and test equipment lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and automated testing tools (DeepEval, Azure AI Foundry).
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies and configuration management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
