**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator **An opportunity to start immediately with our Fall Clean-up crew. **Responsibilities** - Operate snow plows and other related equipment to remove snow and ice from laneways, parking lots, and pathways. - Must be available at any time of the day (on call) - Must have a G class drivers license - Must have reliable transportation to get to the "main" property in Hamilton - Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations. - Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively. - Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding equipment status and any issues encountered during operations. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while operating machinery. **Skills** - Knowledge of the Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Welland area - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods.
