Rangeland RV is hiring sales people for the up coming season. This position starts in the first week of January 2025.

We are looking for a talented, customer service driven sales professional to join our team who is excited about working in the best industry in the world. We offer a world class training system, a supportive team environment, company benefits package, many of the top selling RV brands, the opportunity to make over $120,000+, and we have a ton of fun doing it

Min 1 years sales experience

RV/Auto/Marine/Powersports Sales experience is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and yard
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Walk through and deliver sold units

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in technology sales is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Highly motivated and driven, with the desire to succeed

Rangeland RV Provides an industry leading pay plan. We do not pay our sales staff flat commissions, we pay percentage and also offer a monthly guarantee. The pay plan is performance driven and gives you plenty of potential to earn an incredible income

We also offer a great company benefits package that includes dental, medical, vision care, prescriptions etc. We have flexible schedules but you must be willing to work evenings (in the summer) and weekends.

Rangeland RV has two locations, one in Rocky View and one in Red Deer. We have won Top 50 Dealer in North America 5 out of the 6 last years. Our focus is on creating the best buying experience and post sale service for our customers. We are exclusive to Forest River and carry all their top selling brands.
