Every day we help you _go new places_®, with expertise in moving and logistics, bringing the world within reach. **The Customer Service - Government Services duties include the following**: - Coordination of household moves from start to finish - Interacting with agents and operations personnel, and proactively communicating regularly with clients - Maintaining system updates and documenting steps - Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process - Entering shipment orders in the Atlas system and tracing all stages of the order - Working in partnership with Atlas partners including our agency network to ensure a positive relocation experience for our customers **Employment Type & Hours***: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Qualifications: - Bilingual French and English Communication (verbal and written) - Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills - Proven experience working in a fast-paced, customer service/team environment - Ability to balance multiple tasks with strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations - Moving industry or Customer Service/Administrative experience is preferred
