Job description The individual we seek for this position is an experienced and self-driven Amazon Marketplace Specialist, who has experience in managing brand profile for Amazon sellers. Your main goal will be to ensure that all aspects of our Amazon Marketplace program are optimized, and that our seller performance and seller ratings embody Amazon best practices. We are looking for a high performing, analytical marketer to help grow our Amazon business. You will be responsible for driving sales across an entire brand portfolio. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Pricing: Monitor pricing and manage pricing across the assortments based on competitor research and shipping expenses and Amazon fees to achieve business objectives. - Content Optimization: Continuously enhance and optimize listings to improve webpage content quality, listing accuracy, top search terms inclusion as well as A+ content. - Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates, identifying trends and assortment management opportunities. - Performance Metrics: Monitor Amazon customer service performance metrics, seller feedback, product reviews, and other policy compliance to maintain overall good account health. - Brand Store: Improve the brand store layout and create PPC brand advertising for brand outreach and increase in sales. - FBA Planning: Manage FBA restocking, create FBA shipments and ensure timely delivery of shipments to Amazon warehouse. Familiar with LTL as well as small shipment FBA creation. - Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC ad campaigns and drive sales through all possible sponsored ads with good ROI. - Customer Service: Communicate with customers in a professional way for any order related questions via Amazon messaging system. - Sales: Generate month-on-month sales increase in the designated marketplace. **Experience/Skills** - BS/BA degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field - 2-3 years of experience managing a large SKU Amazon assortment and deep understanding of the Amazon seller central environment for both FBA and FBM operations. - Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating large data sets - Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can act - Commitment to "doing it right" and delivering first class work every time - Diligence and attention to detail - Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Independent performer who takes decisions - Previous experience in sending FBA and MFN shipments to both US and Canadian warehouse and preparing customs documents is an asset. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $50,000 - $52,000 per year+ commission +group benefit **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Amazon PPC Advertising: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
