**Type: Full Time, Hourly**

Kichton Contracting Ltd. Is looking for an experienced, full-time **Construction Labourer for our local Lloydminster team**. We are looking for an outgoing, adaptable individual looking to learn and grow within our team and industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a labourer
- Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in exposed weather conditions
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs, unassisted
- Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with Kichton Contracting Ltd.’s safe work practices, policies and procedures
- Capable of working under numerous and varied job site situations
- Ability to identify hazards
- Must report all incidents, near misses and equipment damage to site supervision
- Any previous equipment experience is an asset (skid-steer, packer, loader, etc.)
- Assist with other duties as required

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working as a labourer in Civil Construction
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license or reliable transportation
- CSTS-2022, H2S, and First Aid

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to participate positively in an engaging culture
- Must be able to organize and plan tasks, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Must be dependable
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Working Conditions**:

- Overtime as required
- Repetitive bending and lifting

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
