At Ecoplast Solutions, we are at the forefront of innovative, sustainable homebuilding. Our team is growing and seeking **General Labour **positions.

As a General Labourer, you will have the opportunity to work outdoors in the summer, work indoors in the winter, learn new skills, and collaborate with forward-thinking individuals who will support your growth in the green construction industry.

**Duties include**:

- Fabricate foam panels of various sizes that will be used in residential construction.
- Utilize electric power tools to sand and grind the panels, ensuring that the surfaces are smooth and finished.
- Engage in physical labour, including moving completed panels around the shop floor, so they can be processed further.
- Collaborate with the team, laying cloth onto panels while automated machinery sprays the 2-part system onto the panels, ensuring that the coating is applied uniformly.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment, working effectively as part of a team, and arriving at work on time every day.
- Work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend required when on-site assembly is necessary.

Training will be provided. Construction/Carpentry experience is an asset.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
