The **Customer Care Service Coordinator** is responsible for delivering on the East Penn Canada Customer Service values supporting our customers nationally. The Customer Care Service Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the growth of a profitable service business by identifying and communicating areas of development and appropriate customer solutions.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all requests / orders are accurately entered into main database in a timely manner
- Escalate customer issues
- Manage, coordinate & administer technician inventory needs based on assigned workflows
- Process all documentation related to completed service activities
- Create & generate service & parts related
- Monitor/ Manage open order reports to ensure appropriate follow up & escalations
- Responsible for the coordination of the Service Technician team
- Supporting billing and customer support

**Experience, Skills & Competencies**:

- Must be **Bilingual **in **French/English**:

- High school diploma
- Battery industry experience an asset
- Additional sales, customer service & technical training an asset
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Flexible work style: able to adjust to multiple demands& a changing & fast-paced environment
