**Position Summary**: **Key Accountabilities**: - Over-seeing full cycle recruitment and managing day to day recruitment activities with the team; - Plays a key role in the execution of projects and talent acquisition initiatives. - Perform other special recruitment projects as assigned - Generate and maintain recruitment related reports. - Meets with hiring managers to set recruitment strategy and determine exact qualifications required for "best fit" for position openings. - Trains managers on hiring techniques and legal issues regarding hiring practices. - Provides ongoing support to plant human resources personnel in regards to talent acquisition systems, processes and vendors. - Manage and attend job fairs with universities and colleges to promote the company - Build relationships with third-party sourcing partners, Agency vendors, College/Universities, Professional Associations etc. - Perform special and ad hoc projects as needed. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline preferred - 4+ years of corporate full cycle recruitment experience required, other HR generalist experience a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiating skills. - Prior working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with Dayforce is preferred. - Must be capable of working with senior managers and working collaboratively with diverse personalities. - Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information. - Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks. Capability of working under pressure and handling stress. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database software - Ability to travel is required.
