**Summary**:
**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, You Will**:

- Develop partnerships and leverage critical platforms to source diverse, exceptional talent to address capability gaps and meet Miller’s diversity objectives
- Advocate and influence operations teams and HR colleagues to be talent acquisition champions, promoting job opportunities through social and professional networks
- Facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process for professional, technical and business support roles within the HR system (Success Factors)
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics like the cost per hire, time to fill roles, effectiveness of various sources etc. Utilize the information to develop cost effective sourcing and advertising strategies
- Act as an ambassador for Miller’s brand and create awareness across social media platforms, career fairs, industry events etc.

**What You'll Bring;**:

- A degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 5+ years’ relevant experience in progressive and strategic talent acquisition
- Prior experience in the construction sector and current knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and talent management
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- High sense of urgency, and reliable follow-through
- An innovative mindset to improve recruiting efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view
- Desire and ability to build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and provide consultative information throughout the whole process
