**Overview**:
As a **Refrigeration Installation Technician (Contractor)**, you will complete residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems. You will represent **Polaron Home Comfort** on-site, delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete residential HVAC and refrigeration installations in accordance with **manufacturer specifications**, **Nova Scotia Building Code**, and applicable **provincial regulations**
- Perform work safely, efficiently, and neatly, ensuring no damage to customer property
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding scheduling, job progress, and quality checks
- Submit all required documentation, including photos, serial numbers, and completion reports through the assigned system
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at every job site

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of residential HVAC/refrigeration installation experience**
- Valid **Nova Scotia Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic (Red Seal)** certification _or equivalent provincial certification eligible for transfer_
- Valid **ODP certification**
- Own tools, reliable vehicle, and valid driver’s license
- Liability insurance (**$2M minimum**) and proof of workers’ compensation coverage (or equivalent contractor clearance)
