**Sales Consultant - Preventative Health & Functional Medicine**
We are seeking a driven and client-focused **Sales Consultant** to join our team, specializing in **Preventative Health and Functional Medicine**. This role is ideal for someone passionate about proactive healthcare who excels in lead generation, relationship building, and consultative sales. The **Sales Consultant** will play a critical role in expanding our reach, educating clients about personalized wellness programs, and ensuring they receive tailored solutions to enhance their long-term health and vitality.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
**Lead Generation & Sales**:
- Proactively identify, generate, and qualify new leads through networking, events, social media, partnerships, and referrals.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and consult with potential clients to assess their health goals and recommend appropriate wellness programs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of preventative health and functional medicine services, guiding clients toward informed decisions.
- Drive sales of wellness programs by building trust and demonstrating the value of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical, client-centered recommendations.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and facilitate decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their health journey, providing support, guidance, and encouragement.
- Implement retention strategies to enhance client loyalty and program adherence.
**Collaboration & Industry Knowledge**:
- Work closely with our healthcare providers, including functional medicine doctors, to align sales strategies with medical expertise.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in functional medicine, longevity, and preventative health to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and outreach efforts to attract new business.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand connections and increase visibility.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate clients on complex health concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proven ability to **generate leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships**.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and internal teams.
- A passion for **preventative health, functional medicine, and holistic wellness**.
- Previous experience in **customer service, healthcare sales, or a related field** is an asset but not required.
