Overall purpose and objectives of the position of Superintendent are as follows: Responsible for the repairs, maintenance and cleanliness of assigned residential building(s) and the provision of excellent customer service. Please note this is a Live-in role**

**What You'll Be Responsible For Day To Day**

Completes Move-Out Inspections, Move-In Inspections and vacant suite inspections where required;
Completes Mechanical Readings, conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly checks and log in Life Safety Systems Log for all applicable buildings as required;
Assists Management Team in the effective management of assessment of repairs required for suites;
Partakes in our Health & Safety Programs and ensure on-going compliance;
Completes daily grounds and underground parking cleaning of the building;
Provides Emergency on-call support for the residents;
Ensures Resident satisfaction and deliver an exemplary “customer service” experience to all;
Effectively and efficiently communicates with residents in a professional manner;
Ensure the interior and exterior is litter and garbage free and checks compactor room and bins when full; preparation of garbage, recycling and organic bins for pick up and return to garbage rooms;
Handles all resident issues, concerns and complaints quickly and professionally, escalates when required;
Assumes necessary safety precautions as required during inclement weather by shoveling, sanding and salting sidewalks and building entrances and post necessary caution signage;
Understands and abide by company policies, the Tenant Protection Act, Privacy Act, and Municipal Property Standards By-Laws, and any other applicable legislation governing day-to-day operations;
Greets residents, directs and guides as required;
Ensures requests are responded to in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner;
Liaison and collaboration with contractors and associated vendors;
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**Who We are Looking For**

Education: Minimum High School education.

Experience: Previous experience as Building or Site Superintendent is a MUST

**Please Note The Following Are Required**

A current and valid driver's licence and vehicle

Ability to work on feet for long periods of time

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs for cleaning and maintenance purposes)

General trades skills an asset

General trade tools required
