This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has gained exposure to concrete structure projects and wants to advance toward a full Site Superintendent role within a reputable, long-standing builder. Responsibilities Support the Site Superintendent with all daily site operations and coordination of trades. Oversee specific construction activities including formwork, framing, finishes, and site logistics. Ensure work is completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain up-to-date site documentation including reports, photos, and schedules. Participate in progress meetings, inspections, and coordination with consultants. Assist in managing deliveries, materials, and sequencing of trades. Promote a safe, efficient, and organized work environment on site. Qualifications 2–5 years of construction site experience, ideally on concrete high-rise residential projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building envelope systems, and finishes. Proficient with Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
