What we are looking for:
Your responsibilities:

- Work on governance matters and assist with the organization of the board and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and meeting materials and the distribution thereof.
- Work on the preparation of disclosure documents (AIF, MIC, etc.).
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, securities, regulatory, data privacy and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including commercial contracts.
- Work on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate restructurings.
- Coordinate with external counsels on litigation matters.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

- Law Degree and member in good standing of the Québec Bar.
- Lawyer with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
- Bilingualism required (English and French).

LI-Hybrid

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
