**What we are looking for,**

We are looking for someone who is hardworking and motivated each driver will be paired with a team member. A valid G license with clean abstract is a must. Trucks are picked up at our shop in north Bowmanville. Winter maintenance positions are **on-call 24/7 with 24 hours notice give whenever possible, a $100 Bonus is to be paid for every winter month you are employed for Starting in November though March and will be paid out in April;** This position will lead into a fulltime crew leader for a mowing crew come spring with weekly bonus pay.

Grass crews recievce revenue sharing weekly via P4P earning $20-$25 an hour.

Snow crews are paid $22 an hour with the year end bonus paid in April.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
