The Maintenance Technician will perform various duties, including but not limited to Lawn Mowing, Line Trimming, Garden Maintenance, Seasonal Property Cleanups and Snow Clearing in the winter; Good Housekeeping practices and a safe work attitude are essential.
- Grass cutting, Line trimming and Weeding Gardens
- Perform snow removal and salt walkways.
- Report all machinery deficiencies and provide recommendations on corrective action to the Supervisor/Manager
- Report any hazards, health, or safety concerns to the Supervisor/Manager immediately.

**Successful applicants will demonstrate the following qualifications**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to get to the shop every morning. (start time of 7:30 am) There is no public transportation in north Bowmanville.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to work in the heat and cold
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

At Mr. Trim, we offer performance pay based off of revenue sharing. You can never drop below $20 an hour April through November; in the winter, we increase pay for snow clearing to $22 to help cover the part-time hour's snow clearing provides. Your vaccination status is none of our business.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
